Ms. Archana was very professional and engaging throughout the session. She went through detailed instructions, and guided us, as we tried out different chair yoga poses. Teaching us the importance of keeping our body moving even with simple exercises every day. The meditation exercises were very calming. We felt our problems went away, and we immediately relaxed with these breathing techniques. The talk was very informative. Full of knowledge and stories. Laughter yoga was pretty fun. It challenges us to stay positive when faced with difficulties. Team bonding activities were simple yet enjoyable. The entire session really allowed us to learn how to take effective breaks and improve our welfare alongside stress management tools. Finally, we want to express our heatfelt thanks and appreciation to Ms. Archana for her time to plan this wonderful session.
