Archana Amlapure
Archana Amlapure is a certified Yoga instructor and Yoga therapist from Vyasa Yoga, Singapore. She is a health coach and also founder of Ojas Yoga and wellness. She is on a mission to help men, women, and kids to lead a healthy, happy and stress-free life. Having served the corporate industry for 12 years, she finally decided to give up corporate career and found her soul through yoga, hence she is very passionate about yoga. She leads the group, private, Yoga therapy, kids Yoga and corporate Yoga classes. Archana regularly conducts many workshops like stress management, Mother and child Yoga, cyclic meditation, core strengthening etc. She had organized Diabetes Conference in 2017 with Vyasa Singapore. Her gentle teaching style makes her students at ease and comfortable in the class. She believes that Yoga is a way of life and aims to incorporate all aspects of Yoga into her teaching. She is very enthusiastic about learning new things and new ways, which makes her classes interesting which always has focused on mind body and soul wellness.
