Description
Build a Safe, Stable, and Mindful Yoga Practice
Most yoga injuries do not come from advanced postures. They come from small alignment habits — a locked knee in Triangle, a collapsed shoulder in Downward Dog, a rounded spine in a forward fold — repeated over hundreds of practice sessions. This 10-hour workshop is designed to identify those habits early and replace them with safer, more sustainable patterns.
Across four focused sessions at our OUE Downtown Gallery studio in Singapore CBD, you will learn the principles of yoga alignment, the anatomy behind common postures, and the practical skills to observe and adjust both your own practice and others’. The workshop is suitable for committed practitioners who want to deepen their foundation, aspiring yoga teachers building their teaching toolkit, and current teachers looking to refine observation and adjustment skills.
This is not a workshop about achieving perfect postures. It is about building a body of knowledge that protects your practice for the next twenty years, not the next twenty minutes.

Why This Workshop Matters
Yoga alignment is not about achieving perfect shapes. It is about creating safe, stable, and mindful movement that supports the body rather than forcing it. Understanding alignment helps practitioners move with greater awareness, confidence, and ease — both on the mat and in everyday life.
For practitioners based in Singapore’s CBD, this is also a rare opportunity to spend ten focused hours with experienced teachers in a small-group setting, just minutes from your workplace at OUE Downtown Gallery.
