Your 4-Hour Journey
Phase 1: The Foundation (Intro & Anatomy) We begin with a brief dive into functional anatomy—understanding how your bones and muscles work together in yoga.
Phase 2: The Lab (Guided Asana Practice)A slow-paced, detailed practice focusing on the “heavy hitters” of yoga poses, breaking down alignment in real-time.
Phase 3: The Toolkit (Adjustments & Props)Learn to use blocks, straps, and walls as “alignment teachers” rather than just crutches.
