What You’ll Experience
Conscious BreathworkLearn gentle, guided breathing techniques designed to regulate the vagus nerve, lower cortisol levels, and release physical tension stored in the body.
Immersive Sound BathSurrender to the healing vibrations of authentic Tibetan singing bowls. These frequencies guide the brain into alpha and theta states—where deep healing and mental clarity occur.
