Description
Training Lineage & Foundations
The Advanced Yoga Instructor Certificate Course (AYICC) offers a rare and comprehensive integration of four world-renowned yoga traditions. This multi-style approach allows participants to study yoga as a complete system—rooted in classical wisdom while remaining relevant to contemporary practice and teaching.
- Hatha Yoga – Inspired by the Satyananda tradition of Swami Satyananda Saraswati, emphasising holistic yogic practices including Asana, Pranayama, Bandha, Mudra, Yoga Nidra, and meditation.
- Ashtanga Yoga – Following the system of K. Pattabhi Jois, with focused study of the Primary Series and disciplined, breath-led practice.
- Vinyasa Flow – Based on the method of Dr. Ram, exploring intelligent sequencing, rhythm, and mindful transitions.
- Iyengar Yoga – Grounded in the alignment principles of B.K.S. Iyengar, fostering precision, stability, and injury-aware practice.
