Archana Amlapure, a health & wellness coach and a Yoga teacher and Yoga therapist and also founder of Ojas Yoga and wellness.She is the main lead teacher at Ojas Yoga and wellness. She has set herself on a mission to spread the knowledge about best ways to practice a healthy, happy and joyful life. She believes that Yoga is the most comprehensive way to achieve a perfect balance between all aspects of health like physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Having worked in corporate life for 12+ years, she has an acute sense of problems the corporate lifestyle can lead people to and hence her approach to solving those is very practical and result oriented. She has helped many individuals across all age groups and genders to achieve the true sense of mindfulness and stability which as per her philosophy, is the ultimate way of leading a successful life.She teaches Ashtanga Yoga, Yoga Flow, yoga stretch, Restorative yoga, Power, core Yoga, Hip and shoulder opening. Yoga therapy for various ailments and Corporate wellness sessions.She conducts various workshops regularly on bringing awareness on various psychosomatic problems like Migraine, hypertension, Diabetes,Knee, back, neck pain etc. Also various workshops for Yoga teachers and practitioners are wheel yoga workshop, Asanas alignment workshop. Sound bowl healing session and various meditationsessions.
Belinda
Belinda is a Certified Yoga teacher with 200hrs RYS and meditation. She have been a yoga practitioner for the past 8 years, and she have further her yoga journey with Svyasa in bangalore, India to advance her knowledge of yoga and dedicate herself studying on hatha yoga, yoga philosophy, pranayama, meditation and sanskrit learning. Since then she have been teaching meditation, hatha yoga and vinyasa yoga. She believe yoga provides a better living from not only gaining flexibility, strength and toning, but allow us to achieve holistic health and happiness through regular practice. Yoga is not to be view as a fitness but a way of living. Belinda takes Vinyasa, Yoga stretch and prenatal classes


Joanne
Joanne holds an instructor certification from (Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana (S-VYASA) Yoga University. Never a person that likes exercising, but a trial yoga class got her hooked. She gave up her corporate IT sales career in pursuit of her yoga passion. She is also a certified trainer in H.E.M. mediation and holds a sound practitioner certification. She has been teaching yoga for four years. She teaches Hath Flow, Yoga Flow and yoga stretch classes.
Pauline Chow
Pauline has been practising yoga for more than 2 decades now and she is also qualified pre natal and post natal instructor. She strongly believes in constantly improving herself ,that is why she is taking more courses to learn more….. to teach better. She is also an Advanced Yoga Certified instructor. Her ability to be detailed in my teachings has lead her to teach effectively in guiding students of all levels and ages. Her students range from the young(and restless 🙂 ),autistic students to kids to the seniors ,and I find pleasure in teaching all of them. Her philosophy in teaching yoga: do it slow and steady, do with respect to your own body as everybody’s body is different, most importantly bring love and compassion when you practise. Yoga is not about who is the most flexible , it is about who is the most willing.. She teaches Hatha, Yoga flow classes at Ojas Yoga


Surbhi Sharma
Surbhi has been teaching yoga for 5 years and has been practicing yoga for over ten years. She can teach gentle yoga as well as go for Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. She finds yoga to be a grounding experience in the stressors of life and hopes to share this joy with others. Her favorite pose will forever be Savasana.
