Archana Amlapure
Archana Amlapure is a certified Yoga instructor and Yoga therapist from Vyasa Yoga ,Singapore. She is very passionate about Yoga. Having served the corporate industry for twelve years, she finally decided to give up corporate career and explore innerself through Yoga and help people to find their life balance using Yoga as a tool. She has been teaching yoga from three years. She takes group,private,Yoga therapy,prenatal and corporate Yoga classes. Archana has conducted many workshops like stress managment,Mother and child Yoga,cyclic meditation etc. Her gentle teaching style makes her students at ease and comfortable in the class. She belives that Yoga is a way of life and aims to incorporates all aspects of Yoga into her teaching. She is very enthusiastic about learning new things and new ways, which makes her classes interesting which always has focus on mind body and soul wellness.
